Alyssa was a HUGE help! She is knowledgeable, so patient and always responded right away with answers to all our questions. We did a last minute pickup that they loaded and secured for us with extra care. The quality of the carpet is great and the prices are unbeatable. Nanaimo's Flooring Depot recently did a carpet install for customers of ours on a set of stairs. The entire process from our customers showroom visit to the final install was seamless. Great work, and fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend!

Nanaimo’s Flooring Depot is a pleasure to work with. I required a small amount of a product typically used in large-scale projects and they still treated me like I was worth the time. Everyone there added in their good advice. Deserve all the stars. Nice dogs there sometimes too.

Everyone at the Nanaimo flooring depot was fantastic to work with. After pulling up old carpet in our house we discovered a wooden subfloor that had lots of dips and high points delaying our reno. The crew from Nanaimo flooring depot came out levelled the whole place and did a great job of installing the new floor in a couple days. Highly recommended!

Very easy to deal with they were great from start to finish. Had great advice and very efficient. Mark the floor layer was the best such a hard working and meticulous guy with a great sense of humour. We would definitely recommend Nanaimo flooring depot to anyone looking for flooring salutations their years of experience and knowledge show.

Nanaimo flooring depot was absolutely fantastic through our entire project. They were able to make things work with our tight timeline, accommodate our changes and were able to do it all at an excellent rate. Their crew went above and beyond at our house and were excellent to deal with.I can’t recommend these guys enough.
